At Seeking Solace Psychotherapy and Wellness, our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based , therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties.
Our approach integrates biopsychosocial theory utilizing neuroscience, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioural therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based exercises.
We believe a genuine and strong therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst for change. We strive to empower our clients through collaboration, insight, and practical strategies. We work alongside our clients to develop evidence-based strategies that are tailored to their individual needs and goals.
